Willamette hops add flavours of Blackcurrant, Spice and Floral aromas. Willamette is generally used as an aroma hop.
Their floral, earthy, and spicy notes make them ideal for traditional recipes such as English ales, brown ales, and porters. Willamette hops are typically added late in the boil or used in dry hopping.
These hops add character without overpowering the malt.
Suggested hop pairings - Cascade or Centennial, to add depth and complexity. Their subtle profile allows brewers to craft beers with a smooth finish and layered aroma.
Willamette Hop T90 Pellets have been specially processed so that you get more lupulin (the yellow powder inside hops that have lots of aroma) in the pellet.
This means you can get high amounts of aromas with less bitterness., less funkiness and more fruitiness.
